  I purchased your system and carried out the installation according to your manual, but the errors below still occurred, I hope your review as soon as possible.
  
  a) The DASHBOARD page does not load, when trying to log in it appears HTTP ERROR 500 "This page is not working"
  
  b) The USER page reports success in adding a user, but does not actually register.
  
  c) The DOCUMENTS page does not complete the upload of any type of document.

  Regarding item "c" DOCUMENTS, the only files that do not appear after upload are PDFs.

  TEMPLATES also have the same error as DOCUMENTS, the files are uploaded to the server, but are not displayed on the website.

  Hello,
  Sending files in the DOCUMENTS and TEMPLATES sections worked.
  The DASHBOARD still doesn't work (note it only worked if I changed it to PHP 7.2), it needs to work in PHP 7.4 or higher.
  When trying to register or change the digital signature there is an infinite loop and the signature is not included. This error occurs both during configuration and when opening the document and trying to edit the signature.
  The USER and CUSTOMER sections have a problem, it is necessary to check whether the database is configured correctly, as they apparently are getting confused when saving and loading the data.

  The platform is SAAS, but it is not integrated with any payment gateway.
