  As I am using Framework 12 and would like to integrate, please answer following questions:
  
  1.
  Is this project and all modules updated to the Framework 12?
  
  If not, are you planning to update them within the next four weeks? Please give a concrete timeframe.
  
  2.
  For using the module functionality, did you use nWidart package?
  
  3.
  What frontend did you use, TALL, Livewire, etc? Please describe it technically, of place here the packages from comoser.json the require part.
  
  4.
  Can a user directly register them or get a link while inside the chat module? Can a user see a link to his profile, if logged in?
  
  5.
  I do not like OpenAI. There are number of alternatives available. Before a couple of weeks, Gemeni AI for Laravel was published on Github. You also mentioned about looking for DeepSeek.
  
  So, if I do not want to use OpenAI, what are my options and what changes do you plan within the next four weeks to integrate the project in other LLMs like Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.
  
  In the description, it mentions four modules but you listed 5. So I guess the project will be delivered with all five modules, correct?

  Thank you for your interest in our product. Here are the answers to your questions:
  
  1. The project is currently built on Laravel version 11. We plan to upgrade it soon—likely within the next month.
  
  2. Yes, with some custom modifications to the core of the Nwidrat package.
  
  3. We’re using a custom-built dashboard developed entirely by our team.
  
  4. Logging functionality is not implemented at this time.
  
  5. This may require some technical adjustments.
  
  6. The blog module was proposed in late September 2024 and will be released once there is sufficient demand from buyers.
  
  7. The backend is built entirely with vanilla Laravel; we have not used any starter kits or additional frameworks.
  
  8. Multi-tenancy is also not implemented in the current version.

  Your answer is non-technical. And the mention of the packages from composer.json portion of require packages is not a secret. It helps an advanced user like me to know precisely what kind of conflicts one can have in integrating it in an existing project.

  OK, login and registration is absolutely neccesary for me. If not, it would be a lot of work for me.
  
  5.
  OpenAI might be good. But due to data privacy, hundreds of thousands of companies refrain from using it because of stringent data privacy laws.
  
  Conclusion:
  I need to use some LLM offline by installing my own environment. I do not need any subscription functionality in my non-commercial project. I can remove code related to subscriptions. But the major hindrance would be Api with OpenAI. In a nutshell, I cannot use it due toOpenAI. When you implement other LLMs to be used through an Api, like Gemini, I will have a look again.
  
  I logged in from a different browserin the admin area. Yes, you did good work. It would be so great if you could pour in some more functions and features.
  
  One great feature would be to implement the "Blog and Content" generation Module. You already have remaining methods designed and they interface with the LLM. This could cover needs of many new buyers annd boost sales.

  Yes, this bundle includes the SaaS module pre-installed.
  It also notifies Admin/User via email when users ask for a human hand-off.

  If someone requests to be transferred to a human agent, the AI will notify you via email so you can step in and take over the conversation. Until then, the AI will continue handling responses.
  
  Regarding your second point, the feature to automatically assign company employees for customer responses is not currently available. You will still need to manually intervene when necessary.
